  • Citi of Miami 30-years 0% Interest non-Amortizing- This assistance is limited to 80% AMI and it will be determined on the number of bedrooms the property has.  The assistance ranges between $72,088 on a studio to $142,701 for a 4 bedroom.

 

  • City of Miami District 4- 30-Years 0% interest non-amortizing will provide up to $200,000 at 100% AMI for City of Miami residents.

 

  • City of Miami District 5- 30-Years 0% Interest non-amortizing assistance up to $200,000 120% AMI for City of Miami residents(12 months) or first responders (Active or Retired) Military applicants at 140% AMI do not have to currently reside in the City of Miami.

 

  • North Miami -15 Years 0% deferred- SHIP up to $40,000 at 80% AMI.

 

  • Miami Beach- 15 Years 0% interest non-amortizing SHIP/HOME $40,000 up to $150,000 with 80% AMI.

 

  • Miami Beach 15 Years 0% Interest non-amortizing SHIP/HOME $40,000 up to $150,000 with 80% AMI

 

  • Little Haiti Housing Association 3-Years 0% Interest non-amortizing $16,600 AMI 140% with additional $8,400 if needed for a total $25,000.
