Learn about city, county, and state purchase assistance programs for eligible low-to-moderate-income families which are available through a network of lenders across the state. (No Minimum income). Approved applicants must occupy the property as a primary principal residence. After completion of the workshop participants will receive a HUD certificate good for a year (within 10 business days). Down payment and closing assistance range between $2,500 and $95,000 depending on the program.

This 8-hour workshop utilizes the US Department of HUD Homebuyer Education and Learning Program Guide, and HUD Certificates are issued to all participants that complete the workshop.

DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL VIDEO CONFERENCE WORKSHOP. ALL REGISTRANTS WILL RECEIVE A LINK VIA EMAIL TO RETRIEVE THE FRIDAY (BETWEEN 4:30 PM-5:30 PM) PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CLASS, SO THAT YOU MAY BE COUNTED FOR AS AN ATTENDEE. YOUR DEVICE I.E. DESKTOP, LAPTOP, PHONE, OR TABLET MUST HAVE A CAMERA AND REMAIN ON DURING THE WORKSHOP.
