A Step-by-Step Guide to buying your first home
Learn about city, county, and state purchase assistance programs for eligible low-to-moderate-income families which are available through a network of lenders across the state. (No Minimum income). Approved applicants must occupy the property as the primary principal residence. After completion of workshop participants will receive a HUD certificate good for a year (within 10 business days). Down payment and closing assistance range between $2,500 and $95,000 depending on the program.
